This Pumpkin Pizza Toast on Thumb BreadĀ® is the perfect blend of cozy flavors and crunchy goodness. Quick to make and packed with seasonal flair, itā€™s a must-try for pumpkin lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 oz. Crushed Glazed Pecans
  • 1/2 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbs Salt
  • 1/2 tbs Pepper
  • 1 oz. Vegan Cream
  • 1 oz. Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 2 oz.Ā Goat Cheese
  • 1 pc. Thumb Bread
  • Drizzle of Honey
  • Fresh Flat Parsley
  • Optional Toppings: Balsamic Glaze, Kalamata Olives, Kale, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers

Directions:

Caramelize sliced red onions in a pan over medium heat until softened.

Combine pumpkin puree, olive oil, garlic powder, vegan cream, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes.

Slice Thumb Bread in half and spread the pumpkin mixture on each piece.

Top with caramelized onions andĀ goat cheese.

Air fry or toast at 380Ā°F for 5 minutes.

Add parsley, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with crushed glazed pecans.

Bake for another 4-5 minutes until crispy.

Slice into 4 pieces and serve.
