This Pumpkin Pizza Toast on Thumb BreadĀ® is the perfect blend of cozy flavors and crunchy goodness. Quick to make and packed with seasonal flair, itās a must-try for pumpkin lovers!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Pumpkin Puree
- 1 oz. Crushed Glazed Pecans
- 1/2 tbs Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 1/2 tbs Pepper
- 1 oz. Vegan Cream
- 1 oz. Olive Oil
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 2 oz.Ā Goat Cheese
- 1 pc. Thumb Bread
- Drizzle of Honey
- Fresh Flat Parsley
- Optional Toppings: Balsamic Glaze, Kalamata Olives, Kale, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers
Directions:
Caramelize sliced red onions in a pan over medium heat until softened.
Combine pumpkin puree, olive oil, garlic powder, vegan cream, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over low heat for 2 minutes.
Slice Thumb Bread in half and spread the pumpkin mixture on each piece.
Top with caramelized onions andĀ goat cheese.
Air fry or toast at 380Ā°F for 5 minutes.
Add parsley, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with crushed glazed pecans.
Bake for another 4-5 minutes until crispy.
Slice into 4 pieces and serve.
